The Techno-Bale 900 allows you to pick up 3 to 5 bales and easily transport them from the field then stack them with the removable forks or unload them in row, perfect for wrapping. The Techo-Bale 900 also has built in counterweight mounts for even more stability.

- Loads and transports up to 5 bales per trip
- Loading fork automatically rotates the bale upon first contact in the field
- A body valve with 3 levers controls the loading arm, pushing bar, and dumping mechanism
- Trailer extenders are used when unloading the bales in-line behind the wagon. For vertical stacking (up to 3 bales high) the extenders are replaced with stoppers.
- Cost effective (costs about the same as a conventional hay wagon)
- Will not trace the fields
- Works well with smaller tractors (35 hp min)
- A good choice if transporting bales one mile or less
- 50% faster throughput than the fork-and-trailer with half the manpower
- Equivalent to a 16' silage box and much faster to empty

Operating Instructions
- Drive towards the bale
- Drop the loading arm to the ground
- Align the exterior fork prong with the far side of the bale
- Drive right into the bale to rotate it into position in the forks
- Raise the loading arm to load the bale onto the wagon bed
- While driving, activate the push bar
- Continue to the next bale while dropping the loading arm
- Once the wagon bed is full, you can gather up an additional bale in the loading arm for transport
- To unload, drop the bale in the loading arm, then activate the third lever to raise the dumping machanism
- For in-line unloading, lift the platform half way (45 degrees) and drive forward
- For vertical stacking, lift the platform completely (90 degrees) and drive forward
