Haybuster puts 40 years of hay and feed processing experience into their Cutter-Mixer-Feeder (CMFs). Their engineers, with farm and cattle backgrounds designed the CMF models with input from dairy and beef growers throughout North America. The CMF's are built heavier and stronger for long service life.

Features
Mixing Capacities
The CMF-700 Vertical Mixer has a 700 cu. ft. struck capacity that is increased to 830 cu. ft. with the standard 12" extension.
CV PTO or Optional 2-Speed Gear Box
The CMF-700 comes equipped with either a Heavy Duty Constant Velocity PTO or an optional 2-Speed Gear Box. The two speed gear box is used for loaded startups and heavy rations.
Digi-Star 4pt Scale with optional monitor & scale head upgrades
The CMF-700 comes equipped with a Digi-Star 4pt scale and EZ 3500 V monitor. All other Digi-Star monitors and scale heads are available. The Digi-Star system is powered by a standard onboard 12 volt battery. Digi-Star feeding programs are also available.

Large 24" by 42" Unloading Door
Large 24" by 42" unloading door for fast, even unloading and cleaning.

Observation Windows
The CMF-700 has observation windows on the right and left sides of the machine.

Tapered Boil Ring
The Tapered Boil Ring is standard equipment on the CMF-700. It prevents product from boiling over the sides during the cutting and mixing processes.
Optional Road Lights
An optional Road Light Kit is available for those that need to transport the CMF-700 on public roads.

66" Heavy Duty Twin Augers with 7 Knives per Auger
Heavy duty 88" twin screw augers, with self sharpening serrated knives, driven by 2 HD USA gearboxes that are covered by a two year warranty.
Adjustable Vertical Knives
Adjustable vertical knives for more aggressive cutting.
4 Point Scale
4 point scale for accurate weighing, with reduced scale bounce during loading and feeding.
Heavy Duty Frame
The CMF-700 is built with a heavy duty 6" x 9" x 1/4" sleel tube frame for strength and longevity.
Heavy Duty Tandem Axles w/ 20 ply Ag Tires
Rigid Tandem Axles on each side with 4 - 315/80 R22.5 20 ply tires on 10 hole rims with heavy duty tapered beam hubs.

Optional Fenders
An optional Fender Kit is available for those who need to transport the CMF-700 on public roads.
Optional Magnets on Chutes
Discharge magnets on the discharge chutes removes metal, such as bale wire, from feed, providing the highest quality feed available.

Versatile 36" Wide Cross and Unloading Conveyor
The CMF-700 is equipped with a 36" wide hydraulic chain/slat unloading conveyor featuring:

  • Cross Conveyor only with right or left hand drives
  • Cross Conveyor with spouts or endgates
  • Magnets are available for the spouts
  • Cross Conveyor with hydraulic conveyor extension. Available in right hand, left hand, or both right and left hand unload. The dual discharge unit can only unload from one side at one time. Spouts and optional magnets are also available.
Free Motion Clutches on Driveline
Free motion clutches on driveline protect the heavy duty gear boxes. Gear boxes come with a two-year warranty. The optional two-speed gear box is used for loaded startups and heavy rations.
