CLAAS LINER 350T/470T Single Rotor Trailed

<< Rakes < CLAAS

Extra width for small tractors
This version of the LINER is trail mounted so that farmers with small tractors can also benefit from the advantages of a high performance swather. High work rates were the objective, making the most of the short harvest time available. Whether attached via a hitch bar or adjustable drawbar, the machine stays in line behind the tractor on the field and on the road thanks to its wide track.

The advantages of a curved path
Even, cleanly laid swaths are the trademark of all CLAAS LINERs. This working precision relies on the intelligent tine control system. Continuously lubricated, hermetically sealed control head. Steel control rollers run in liquid grease in the LINER 470 models. In the 350, the control rollers operate in an oil bath. Completely maintenance-free tine arms. Low wear and tear, maximum service life and all year round reliability. Thanks to the wide diameter of the curved path, the cam track rollers are not subjected to any leverage forces. Thus movement is smooth in all conditions, greatly increasing the service life of the cam track rollers.
Perfect ground contour following guaranteed.
Not every field is even and smooth – undulating, hilly ground is also part of the day to day business of harvesting. To master conditions of this kind, perfect ground contour following is essential. The CLAAS contour chassis makes covering each contour out in the field a piece of cake. Patented tandem axle for perfect ground contour following. V-shaped tandem followers, with four large guide wheels running offset to the tractor’s tracks, cover the entire working width. Precision tine control thanks to the proximity of the running gear to the tines. The machine runs smoothly with faster working speeds, resulting in a higher surface area output per hour.
User-friendly operation
Requires one basic spool valve only.
Parallel lifting of the rotors via two hydraulic cylinders at the drawbar and running gear to allow the swathes to be driven over safely.
Simple wide-angle drive shaft fitted as standard with overload protection for safe power flow, even during narrow turns.
Quick-folding safety frames and removable tine arms for a compact machine on the road.
Easy to adjust
The tines are always at the correct working height. The tines are matched to the forage conditions via a crank lever.
The rotor angle is set by an integrated crank lever fitted in the drawbar cylinder.

Optional guide wheel
For precise ground contour following, independently of the tractor. The crop remains clean, even where the ground conditions are difficult.
