Drive: rugged and well-designed
Free-moving bracket on the lower link arm to ensure maximum flexibility for attachments.
The tractor’s power is transferred to the mower via a highly rugged and reliable swivelling drive head. PTO shaft resists bending even in the narrowest of curves. Minimal wear when making turns.
The mower is powered with 540 rpm as standard.

Parallelogram suspension
Helps reduce ground pressure and wear to a minimum. The DISCO 3050 is suspended by four strong springs and a stable frame construction and is guided smoothly over the ground.

Obstacles pose no problem
As soon as the DISCO 3050 encounters an obstacle, for example a large rock, the entire mowing and conditioner unit automatically pivots upwards and backwards until it is safely over the object. The bar then returns to its original position automatically.

DISCO 3050 TC with with tine conditioner
The conditioner attacks the waxy coating on the plants so that the sap surfaces and dries more rapidly. In addition, the swath is mixed well and is discharged more easily on the stubble, which also accelerates the drying process. This saves time through fewer operations and utilises the short harvesting time to full effect.
Rapid and even drying of the forage, thereby minimising the risks of adverse weather conditions.
Setting of the conditioner intensity by means of variable adjustment of the baffle plate positioned close to the conditioner.
Continuously rounded housing to prevent interruption of the forage flow.

DISCO 3000 TRC with roller conditioner
Powerful forage preparation isn’t always the best choice when mowing. Leafy crops like alfalfa and clover require more gentle treatment. The DISCO 3000 TRC, with its special gentle roller conditioner, is the perfect answer.

Gentle and clean
Conditioner with two spiral reciprocating rubber rollers.
The hard stalks are crushed whilst conserving the fragile leaves. The roller drive is simple, resistant to wear and requires no maintenance. The lower roller is driven via a PTO shaft, while the upper roller runs synchronously.
The conditioner is positioned very closely to the bars, to ensure secure handling of the forage and an uninterrupted crop flow.
